QH-JA warp-knitted series

Product Description

Applied to selvedge weaving, providing anti-counterfeiting and brand added value for top-grade fabrics. The bidirectional rotation of the synchronous pulley drives the inner and outer lifting knife frames to move up and down synchronously, which not only improves the operating speed but also enhances stability, effectively solving the shaking problem caused by the low operating speed and difficult dynamic balance of traditional mechanisms. The lifting mechanism ensures stable machine operation and minimizes vibration. The high transmission efficiency of synchronous toothed belt drive meets the technical requirements of modern textile machinery for energy saving and consumption reduction. Selvedge jacquard machines typically offer a variety of needle counts (e.g., 72-288 needles), allowing users to choose to weave 2, 3, or 4 selvedges simultaneously according to the selvedge weaving needs of different machine models, and flexibly position the jacquard head within the reed width. Adaptable to various weaving machines such as rapier, air-jet, and water-jet looms.
